Throughout his career, CS Tan has led various important manufacturing initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management, Reliability Centred Maintenance and more recently Industry 4.0 (Connected Manufacturing).

Since 1st January, 2018, Solomon has been responsible for the overall company's operations at its Penang site that includes Supply Chain, R&D and Centralized Managed & Support Operations. Solomon continues to lead the R&D organization in Malaysia, one of the largest R&D setup for Motorola Solutions globally.
Solomon has over 25 years of experience with Motorola Solutions and has held various key leadership positions within the company during his tenure.
Prior to his current appointment, Solomon was responsible for leading the Devices Engineering department within the Penang Design Center. Under his stewardship, Solomon has led various teams to deliver numerous innovative products under different portfolios for worldwide customers, from platform based to fast derivatives. These products have won numerous design excellence awards internationally.

Bryan started his career as a field engineer in Agilent Technologies. In 2012, he assumed the Regional Sales Manager role in Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd overseeing the Southeast Asia region, and eventually expanded his portfolio to Asia Pacific.
Bryan is now responsible for the overall brand presence of AccoTEST in Asia Pacific, building and promoting brand awareness, recruiting and building local teams, and strategizing product marketing and promotions.
Bryan graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Northumbria in 2007.

Lan Kheng is the leader of Deloitte Malaysia’s Penang office and a business tax partner. She has vast professional experience in taxation and has assisted multinational clients, particularly in the semiconductor industry, in negotiating and securing special tax incentive packages in Malaysia.
Lan Kheng has been actively working with industry associations on policy matters relating to immigration, tax and customs. She represents the industry associations at various working dialogue sessions with the Malaysian government agencies.

Prior to the current role, CC Yong leads the Global Operations for the Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing segment; this includes responsibility for the Portland, USA and Wuxi, China facilities, as well as the Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing operations within the Johor Bahru, Malaysia site.
CC joined Celestica in 2006 and brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the Semiconductor, Hard Disk Drive and Electronics Manufacturing Services industries.
Prior to joining Celestica, he was General Manager of Solectron’s operation in Malaysia.

He was the Vice Chairman of Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC) from 2017 to 2021 and the Regional Advisory Board member of SEMI SEA from 2017 to 2021 and is a strategy leader under the E&E Productivity Nexus.

Ms Kam Ai Mei has over 21 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, having an early start in 2000 in Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement with TECH Semiconductor, Singapore (now known as Micron Semiconductor).
Since joining Infineon in 2006, Ms Kam has had diverse roles within Operational Planning and Controlling, Productivity Management, Project Management, and Finance Operations, including 2 years in Germany to lead Infineon-Cypress Post-Merger and Integration for Finance Operations.
Currently, Ms Kam serves as a committee member in the Kulim Industrial Tenants Association (KITA).

Prior to Intel, she spent 18 years in the Government of Malaysia as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer serving different ministries, including Ministry of Finance, Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Ministry of Communications and Multimedia, and Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives.
She has extensive experience in managing international affairs, negotiating trade agreements, and developing strategic policies in the field of technology and digital economy, notably MyDigital and Industry4WRD. Before joining the civil service, Anna was a network engineer at Malaysia Airports Technologies.

SJ Tan is the Managing Director for Jabil Penang and oversees over 15,000 Jabil employees. He is responsible for the P&L of the plant, serving customers in the Automotive; Capital Equipment; Computing and Storage; Diagnostic; Defense and Aerospace; Energy; Industrial; Medical Services; Networking; Smart Home Appliances and Telecommunications industries.
SJ has held several leadership positions over the course of his tenure at Jabil. He first joined Jabil in 1995 as test engineer before transferring to the business development group as a Business Unit Coordinator in 2000. He was then promoted to Business Unit Manager in 2003; Senior Business Unit Manager in 2009; and Business Unit Director in 2012. He was appointed Senior Operations Director and Managing Director in 2019.
With a wealth of experience in business management and manufacturing operations, SJ has been instrumental in leading the plant’s strategic and operational management and driving business expansion through digital factories and automation initiatives. His mission is to grow talent, enhance training and career pathing for employees to make Jabil an employer of choice.

Victor Tan is the APAC Regional President of Plexus, a key leader in the electronics manufacturing services industry, designing and manufacturing products across the healthcare and life sciences, aerospace and defense, and industrial sectors.
Victor leads the APAC region, covering four countries, nine manufacturing sites, two sourcing offices, and one design center, with a workforce of 13,000 team members to serve customers from 30 countries.
His role focuses on developing regional strategies and organizational capabilities to achieve Plexus’ enduring goals in business growth and talent development, in addition to superior operational execution, exceeding customer satisfaction, and upholding ESG philosophies.
Victor joined Plexus in 2007. He has 35 years of manufacturing experience and has held key leadership roles in the engineering, electronic/semiconductor, plastic and metal fabrication, and automation/equipment assembly industries.

Subbah Rao has over 22 years’ experience in semiconductor industry after he was graduated. He joined Texas Instrument Malaysia back in 2011 as Engineering Director in Texas Instruments Electronics Malacca.
Subbah has made significant contributions to our engineering organization, rotating into new roles and expanding his scope every few years.
He was given the opportunity to lead as Operation Director at Clark Philippines in year 2017 and was promoted to Managing Director of Texas Instruments Electronics Malaysia in Malacca in year 2018. In 2022, he was given the country portfolio, managing both Ampang and Malacca facilities.

KL Bock joined Western Digital or known as SanDisk in June 2010 after 21 years in Motorola and STATSChipPAC. He brings with him more than 30 years of vast experience in various functions inclusive of QRA, Operations, Supply Chain, factory GM, greenfield construction and start-up in China & Malaysia.
He is currently the SVP of Western Digital Global Flash Backend Operations, managing the end-to-end Supply Chain, Operations, Fulfillment and Packaging Technology Development of both the captive factories and contract manufacturing with footprint across six countries.
KL has a proven track record in transforming conventional factory to “Lean 6 Sigma Automation – achieved industry pioneer in fully integrated Lights-Out manufacturing and industry pioneer in vertically integrated Wafer-In-Drive-Out manufacturing.” With this transformation, all the captive factories, SanDisk Semiconductor Shanghai (SDSS) and SanDisk Storage Malaysia (SDSM) has been designated the Lighthouse status, with SDSS being recognized as the first factory to achieve in one cohort, both the Advanced 4IR Manufacturing Lighthouse and China 1st Sustainability Lighthouse and SDSM being recognized as the Asia 1st Sustainability Lighthouse and Malaysia 1st Advanced 4IR Manufacturing Lighthouse by the World Economic Forum.

BC Lee is involved in the electronic industry as the Vice President of SECA (Sarawak Electronics & Supporting Industries Companies Association) which is located in Sama Jaya Free Industrial Zone.
In education, he is Member of the University Industry Advisory Panel for UNIMAS (University Malaysia Sarawak).
